I told a friend sometime ago that I'll give him 200K if Buhari retain the acting DG or appoint a southerner to replace DG DSS before the 2019 general election. Buhari didn't mince words when he tag the South South and South East 5%. He really meant what he said and its now glaring for everyone especially my kinsmen in the South South.There's an unforseen agenda by Buhari come 2019 election.
