I'm happy that this creativity is happening here in Nigeria! I constructed an inverter with the aid of a circuit diagram I got. But my problem now is to construct a charger that would cut-off power once the battery is full. Please help me if you have the schematics. I am using a baby incubator in my hospital, its showing some complaints for last couple of weeks. It got some complaint in the UPS. machine shows Circuit failure when we connect it to the mains, in the battery machine works properly.Its ( battery) also getting charged when we connect to the 240V supply. but only problem comes when we switch on the machine in the mains. Please throw some light on this issue.

i am going to made a off line UPS for my final year project,
i want to design a 1 KVA capacity UPS, it's output voltage 230 V A.C. and frequency is 50 HZ and current is 5 A and input voltage is 145 to 280 V A.C.
so,i need a rectifier circuit and inverter circuit for that,

U av to b very careful when searching for circuit diagram because, most online circuit diagrams are yet constructed and tested, so there for,
you are likly to take the risk of the project circuit not working.
if u get the circuit diagram, can u construct it yourself?
Well i can construct it for you,perfectly working and will also encase it for you.
and tutorial may be held on it to enable you to b able to defend it along with your right-up.
