The Presidential Candidate of People’s Trust (PT) Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim has assured workers in the country that if elected as president in 2019 ,he would pay N50,000 as minimum wage.

According to the third force presidential candidate: “In 1983, Nigeria first had N125 minimum wage, the equivalent of N50, 000 today. So, if we are paying N50, 000 minimum wage today, we will only be giving what was given in 1983’’.

‘’those who are complaining about paying N30, 000 minimum wage, tell them that they lack initiative and cannot think as far and as seriously as those who govern Nigeria in 1983’’ he noted

his promises are too unrealistic to achieve in within 4yrs

For somebody who has been creating jobs for over 27 years, these promise are very achievable. As a matter of fact, they are being modest.

This one don de talk anyhow, as if even if it were possible for him to win and he becomes the president he can effect these changes all by himself.

In as much as I dislike Buhari and his APC people, Nigeria is a very difficult country to govern, even when u mean well as a leader, u cannot make decisions alone and those around u who are part of the process are engrossed in their personal interests and will always frustrate your good intentions... (This is probably one of the reasons I dislike Buhari. With all the "integrity" hypes people around him are exhibiting incompetence, corruption, negligence etc and their heads never roll!)

Mr Hashim, no de waste ur time abeg, Nigerians are not yet wise or enlightened enough to vote in someone from outside APC and PDP. These two parties are like religions to their supporters, even if two goats are the flag bearers of those parties they would still queue behind to vote them.

The Worker can never own a house, buy a car or pay children fees.how much does he/she use in transport to work and feeding in a month?Those days (70tess) workers buy brand New peogout cars from there salaries.
