Usain Bolt Beaten At IAAF Diamond League Meet In Stockholm by medjai(m): 10:04pm On Aug 06, 2010
Tyson Gay beat Usain Bolt in the 100 metres at the DN Galan meet in 9.84 seconds, the same stadium where Bolt lost a race two years ago.
The American looked in complete control against world record-holder Bolt, who was second in 9.97. This is Bolt's first loss since losing to Asafa Powell at the same stadium two years ago.

There is no permanent champion anywhere in the world.

I never thought this could happen any time soon

If anyone was gonna beat him, it had to be Tyson Gay. However losing to Gay with 9.97secs to 9.84 secs should make him worry. . .that gap too much. Anyhow sha, na 100 metres, a poor start and the race is over.

I'll like to see if Gay can repeat this feat in their next 2 meet.

It's a publicity stunt wink

he just doesn't want the world getting tired/bored of him winning, think about it if wont make the headline news if he'd won grin

It simply means nobody is a permanent winner. U win some and u loose some. I can bet u anyday anytime that Usain is still the best

I doubt it. . .just saw the race on tv yesterday and Gay actually came from behind to dust Bolt and was actually increasing the gap on him. Anyway, Bolt has coped an injury and will have to undergo surgery that will rule him out till next year.

In your dreams
Dont be fooled,people
Tyson Gaye CAN NEVER beat Usain Thunder Bolt in a hundred metres dash
Bolt had been nursing a back injury for sometime and thought he could manage
Look at the time he returned;9.97secs(that's slower than Mary Onyali) as against Gaye's 9.84secs which is slower than Francis Obikwelu

Anybody that wants to beat Bolt has got to do 9.58 secs or at worst 9.69 secs

I saw the race and I could tell Bolt lost it. Tyson Gay did not beat him
