Let me know the number of room and also do you need also a central AC system on the hotel, we offer prefabricated hotel, meaning that the hotel is prefabricated abroad and install in less than 60 days and its more than 60% cheaper than building in naija. let me know the numbers of room and I will send you designs to choose from |

Our prefabricated hotel are design and fabricated abroad, so the price is the same weather in VI, oshodi, Onitsha or Mainland etc. 20 room hotel is not economical to build or manage the reason is that the structure to build 20 room hotel is also the same to build say 60 room hotel and also you need the same number of staff to mange a 20 room hotel and 60 room respectively. Here in the attached file is a 60 room Class 5 hotel we are currently installing for a clients in Angola. @ Poster. I'm sorry you're not going to get figure. Whatever price you get here will be absolutely vague. I'm an architect and into building construction.Moreso, I have done similar projects here. I will do an analysis and send to you for free. But I need the ff info; 1) What location are you looking at. (Pls be slightly precise- mainland is vague,) 2) Do you have the land already. I suppose the estimate you want excludes the cost of the land. If otherwise, pls indicate. 3) It two above is YES, what is the size of the land. You will see the size in area at the top of your survey plan. 4) Describe briefly the facilities you want in the Hotel. No. Of rooms, lifts, gym, pool, etc you name them. 5) No of floors. I suppose it will be a min of 3 floors cos land in lagos is expensive. You rather go higher than spread on the ground. Besides, you need lots of parking space. 6) What do u fancy, do you want something simple and efficient, or prefer something elegant and like a masterpiece that stand out. Good evening fellow respected members. Please I need an urgent reply to this question. I have a 900 square meter dry land in ajah. I want to build a hotel on it. I want to invest 30 million for it. No more than that. Can any honourable member with ideas tell me how many rooms I can get out of these amount and how long it would take to complete the project. It's just the facilities a normal hotel should have. Am not building a five star hotel. Just just a normal hotel. |
