[b]The Nigeria Football Federation [NFF] has named Austin Eguavoen as the coach to lead Nigeria against Madagascar in their 2012 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on September 4 in Nigeria.

NFF technical committee chairman, Dominic Iorfa, disclosed this on Friday when he announced a 26-man squad for the tie.

Heartland boss Samson Siasia, who is in talks with the NFF to rebuild the Super Eagles, will have to wait for another day as talks over remunerations stall an agreement by both parties.

While Siasia is asking for a monthly wage of $100,000 and a sign-on fee of $1m, the NFF say they can only afford $20,000 monthly and even then, based on Siasia paying his assistant.

11 home-based players were name in the squad with several in the World Cup squad missing, including youngsters Uwa Echiejile and Dele Adeleye as well as old timers Taye Taiwo, Sani Kaita, Rabiu Afolabi and Yakubu Aiyegbeni.

I just dont understand the underground ball game between both parties, Siasia should not throw this opportunity away and the Nff should come to terms with him,
because the earlier the better
