Albania is not an EU country and not even in next 10yrs. For ur intention why not consider countries like Belarus, etc.

They ve embassy in South Africa and a north Africa country, cant remember the name. You search on the net and get a travel agent there who can issue u a document cant remember what it is called and hotel reservation, you courier ur passport, visa fees and this doc to their embassy mentioned above, the visa ll be stamped to ur p. U pay for to and fro courier.

For ur information Belarus is not an EU country. make enquiries b4 u follow every advise giving here on nairaland

Agreed not an EU country, but shares border with Poland. Still better and closer to EU country than Albania.
