sorry seunballo. This land is now all gone at N4m per plot. I'll let you into a little industry secret though. Amen Estate, Eleko Beach Road. Get anything you can from there. Land, house, whatever. This estate is going to give the highest returns ever in the shortest time ever in the history of Naija. They just released a few plots on Monday, and from what I'm hearing, it's a major stampede by all the usual suspects. Bankers, oil and telecoms boys. If you hurry, you just might get one. My advice? Get a few small plots - the ones they earmarked for terrace houses. Best returns yet. |
