Nothing much to report, apart from the sensational Victor Obinna perfomance (he has been spectacular in cups, but can't seem to reproduce anything of that level in the league). The other Obinna (Nwaneri) on the other hand managed to beat his own keeper, keeping this thread positive I'll leave that occurence alone. 30/01/2011 (Sunday) FA Cup West Ham United - Nottingham Forest FC 3:2 4' Victor Nsofor Obinna (West Ham United) (1:0) 18' David Adebola (Nottingham Forest) (1:1) 42' Victor Nsofor Obinna (West Ham United) (2:2) 52' (pen.) My people, Though I don't have any goal to report but I would like to commend your efforts and time harnessed to these resourceful threads. However, I would like to add a couple of 9ja boys who are worthy of note, playing in the Norwegian Tippeliga. They are Nosa Igiebor, Anthony Ujah, Chukwuemeka Akabueze (Bentley) etc. Akabueze (Bentley) to me is another Jay-Jay in the making, if not better. He's a natural lefty and adroit with his right. In fact, he's a prolific shooter! Here is a video of him for your review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bzP-pIE1Xg I'd like to suggest, perhaps in parallel, that we should compile list of players that we think deserve to be in the new Super Eagles squad and forward to Siasia. Please keep up the good work guys. My 2 cents, |

Hey. Scandinavia is definitely worth a look as Africans are the best players in those leagues. Nonetheless it is out of season so not much happening there. 6/02/2011 (Sunday) Swiss Super League St. Gallen - Grasshopper 1:4 16' Innocent Emeghara (Grasshopper FC) (1:2) 32' Innocent Emeghara (Grasshopper FC) (1:3) Apparently he could be switching to the Swiss national team anytime soon. Re: Goals From Nigerians All Over The World by marutimon: 11:54am On Feb 08, 2011 |
I'm not sure, but it seems Ifeanyi Innocent Emeghara and Innocent Emeghara are two separate people. The age difference is about 6-7 years and Innocent Emeghara supposedly isn't capped, Than again it could be the first one pretending to be younger |
