Senior Pastor of House On The Rock, Paul Adefarasin, has banned all minors from going to his church next Sunday where he will be preaching on “raw sex”. The funky preacher also said men and women will attend separate services same day, saying that men and women cannot listen to the same message. Adefarasin told his congregation yesterday at Eko Hotel and Suites where the service held that the message will border on sex, passion and pressure and cannot be handled by under18 worshippers as things will be said the way they should. He said that he would have titled next Sunday’s message “Sex and the City”, the title of an American movie where there is no inhibition about sex, but later changed his mind because of the media which thrive on controversy. “Only men will attend the first service. Women will also attend the second service separately. The third service will be questions and answers; men and women can attend it,” Adefarasin said. He said that the message aims at stopping the devil from capitalizing on an area which is so crucial but hardly discussed in church. “Men are attracted by what they see, but women are attracted by how they feel,” Adefarasin said, adding “men, do you know that if you help your wife with dishes, it turns her on?”. Meanwhile, Adefarasin told the congregants that he is working hard so he can save his children from 25 years of labour he had to go through. “I am going to save them 25 years of their life by paying off their mortgage so they can be creative for 25 years instead of trying to survive,” he said. |
