Scam!<i stand corrected though> why should d applicants pay for a 'scholarship' they might not be given, because according to d site, the award isn't on merit but on random selection . Are they running a promo? Cos there's a huge difference!. If the scholarship isn't on merit, they can as well go to hell. Poo!! |
