guy there is a technique called the bypassing technique it unlocks the fone but u have problems with incoming and outgoing calls so try paid unlock

Also i would need ur PRD information check the label after removing ur battery get ur IMEI number and ur PRD information eg PRD-23413-435
Active lock Go to MENU- OPTIONS - ADVANCE OPTION -SIMCARD - TYPE - MEPD OR MEPPD to get ur lock status .
