i got to the mepd page and it showed all sim, network etc as disabled, how and what do i do?

ur unlock is what u need and u have gotten it.
When u insert a different sim from another network it will prompt for unlock then ur code becomes useful.

My fone is nokia 2700 classic although i browse on it wit opera mini but wen i want to use it as a modem wit my laptop it usually pop up dis msg "fone is being used by anoda device". Anoda problem wit it is dat it doesn't play music or radio instead it wil show "memory not enough". I'll b expecting ur reply. Thank u.

You cant get restriction codes for those phones free (as it costs money).
You can either take them to an unlock shop or use online unlock servers like phone-unlock-codes.com

But 1 caution:
Please check first if you can enter an unlock code for the Huawei
If the U82XX phone ask for“SIM network unlock PIN” you can order the code.
