if u look at it well, web soft only listed gtbank as a client and didnt say at any point that they developed the gtbank website which means they could have done other stuff with Gtbank

It will be difficult to know who design GTB website but i know is a joomla website which is common you can try this link
And you will see that they are using Joomla.
For the Hosting the are using Godaddy and they added more security to it like SSL and use a dedicated server for its own website you can have more details on any website you want to know who is hosting the site by visiting http://www.whoishostingthis.com/

just looked up the admin link if u look up the footer of the admin page theres a link to Rightclick Home Page
