I have an allocation paper for the above estate by lagos state government, all levies totalling over 500,000 naira paid and i spent 200,000 naira to settle. will sell for give away price 850,000 naira for quick sale. Priced for quick sale, as agents are selling similar allocations for 1.5 million naira. Direct owner sale, so no agent fees.

this is an allocation papers, lagos state government have not started surveying plots yet, but for 15,000 naira egunje, you can have corner plot of close to or just over 900square meters.

Why are you selling this land and why so cheap? Am aware to get allocation you spend nothing less than N645,000 to N705,000. Why are u selling? With the inherent advantages buying from govt and the potential of future appreciation, why are you selling?

Since you've payed all the necesssary fee, have you been allocated plot and block number? Please furnish me with this information.
