Introduction

This is an old technique that women used to use in the older days. It is effective and so inexpensive since the ingredients are right there in your kitchen!

Instructions
Difficulty: Easy

Things You'll Need
Olive Oil or Baby Oil
Sugar Granules

Steps

1 Hands or Feet:: Pour about 2 tablespoons of sugar in one hand. Then pour about 1 tablespoon of baby or olive oil in that same hand. If you need more oil, use your own judgment.

2 Gently start massaging and rubbing for a good 2 minutes. (Same thing with feet , massage and rub for 2 minutes, longer if you have calouses or rough feet)

3 After continously rubbing and massaging, gently wash your hands or feet off in warm water.

4 Pat dry and notice the difference in your skin! It should be soft and smooth and will remain that way for days! Repeat this process at least once every two weeks!

Try this for lovely soft feet:

After your evening bath/shower use vaseline on your feet , apply a thick coating then put on a pair of socks, repeat this 2/3 times a week and your feet will be beautiful.
