I just got unbanned by NL automated spam Machine (ASM). It is gradually becoming unbearable when you need to send messages across, You cant because an automated Spam Bot locked your account.

Seun, even if you wont remove the Bot, at least create a feedback section that allows members to lay their complaints regarding usage of the forums.

You can only imagine the frustration when you have to take time to construct your message, type them and the post it only to be told its spam. It hurts really and its not good for NL. If this continues, it will be difficult to keep your members on.

There is a feedback section somewhere on a site which deals with complaints. I cannot remember the URL but I think the URL can be seen in the ban message you see at the top, when logged in from the banned account.

I cant remember seeing any url in the ban message when i was banned.

Maybe you will see it next time you get banned, you were probably just too angry to see it (i saw it about 3 different times when i was repeatedly bannnged)

Thanks for getting back on the subject. Can we at least discuss this issue more unless you are saying NL is not a democracy. it is really painful getting banned over sending legitimate postings.

Come on out more on this ban issue, maybe there is a way round it. I am sure the webmasters here can rewrite the scripts to better manage spammers and leave the legit guys unbanned.
