The government should respond with fury and punish those molesters in black uniforms. Prostitutes or not, they are also citizens of this country so this implies it can happen to anyone in the confines of this country.

Does Nigeria's constitution define prostituition as crime. If yes, aside prosecute prostitutes, does it give the security forces the authority to harass them?
