the forms are sold all over lagos because the school na new school u can contact any of urrelatives in lagos to know more about it, ok

I want to ask if the candidate did not sit for the U.M.E.is there any alternative,may be he/she can start from pre-degree level.

This is too NICE to be true. Looking at the number of universities in Nigeria, A university which happen to be "state owned" won't sell out forms for that cheap price, when Education board still need to post Jambites to their school of choice
