How does one start a magazine and what are the tools/equipment needed to start? Thanks so much.

1. Money (lots of it!)
2. Go to CAC( at Oregun Ikeja) to have your company name registered.
3. Pick a suitable name
4. Make sure you,ve done enough research( publishing a magazine is some serious work!)
5. Go to National Library of Nigeria and request for an ISSN number. You would need to reserve the name of your magazine.

You would be required to publish under a month and come back for your ISSN number along with 4 copies of your mag and 5,000 naira
