Regarding seeing far ahead, does that mean one is allowed to view things that will happen in there life ? I think it will amount to 'cheating' cos you say life is school; and there are tests--which are events that come or happen. so if I could see so much, won't the 'drama' end? Or is the goal putting an end to the drama? Secondly its about the Mind. If I over come it; what else will I need it for, and what will take its place after all or maybe my question is how do I use it as a tool? Happy new year!

yes. One is allowed.

your goal as a soul is self mastery. When you see what is to come you are better prepared for it. The drama does not end rather it becomes more interesting as life no longer blows you around like a chaff. You have becomed the awakened soul.

yes. The goal is putting an end to the drama and removing yourself from the wheel of death and rebirth. An awakened soul is no longer a part of the rat race in which majority of souls are trapped in. You now have total freedom to choose what and where to work for the good of all life.

the mind is a good servant but a bad master. If you allow the mind to run your life you will be caught up in a downward spiral. When a soul awakens to the voice of God, the mind and all the lower bodies of soul is filled with the Holy Spirit which renews and purifies the mind. The mind then becomes a clear channel for God's work. The mind is then used for creating things that will be for the benefit of all life and not for selfish purposes.
