If you love him and he love you, he will propose to you at his own time. You do not want to DO ANYTHING to make a man PROPOSE TO YOU then you will wonder did he proposed out of love or pressure. Just enjoy life and if he doesn't propose you within a year then self evaluate and prioritize your goals. If there is no proposal and you seeking it then I would say He just not that into you.
