So when you saying we should LEAVE hip- hop or stop listening to hip-hop, i wont agree with that. But i'll agree that, we should know the kind of hip-hop we listen to and dance to.

A few decent points I think but alot of them are really left up to the imagination, In some ways it almost makes you seem evil for looking for evil in alot of things. I beleive that god put us here to try and understand eachother and love eachother as much as possible. You are condeming alot of these people because you look for evil in alot of things they do. Everyone had a good argument but here is the bottom line. What do you think Jesus is thinking when he sees all of his brothers and sisters throwing there chance at eternal life away by listening to secular music. HUH I have also seen the video of truth about hip hop and i understood it but it didn't affect me. But what it did do was open my eyes to what I was listening to. Right after the video I listened to my 50-Cent CD "The Massacre".  First look at the name of the CD. "The Massacre". That already talks about killing others. Then I started listening to In My Hood and all he talks about is "You better not step up to me or I'll kill ya" or some stuff like that. Then I listened to the rest of the CD and I realized that preacherman was right. Not trying to just point the finger at 50 but DANG . Take my advice , after you finish reading this.Pop in the I-Pod and listen to that song you love so much, and see if it talks about violence, drugs, sex, and other explicit things.

Here are some facts for everyone to consider
1) NO style of music in itself is bad, even gospel music has to be presented in genres i.e Pop, R@b,hiphop blablablayadayadayada
2) Even though SOME, or many of this artistes are satan worshippers (bonethugs n harmony for example) not All of them are
3) Indie Arie being a worshipper of nature or whatever does not reflect in her music. i.e She does not ask or suggest to me to do anything wrong or unscriptural in her music; so her religious beliefs are really none of my business.
4) Even though there is a lot of negative messages present in today's music it cannot be contested that most of it is purely for publicity reasons and not out of some evil,diabolical intent
5)Gospel singers should learn to package their music in a way that will be appealing to most people

Many young people became victims of this Satanic move of darkness upon the music industry and suicide, pornography, drugs, and parental defiance was portrayed as being “popular”, or the “in thing” by this perverted music style. Heavy Metal and Death Metal artists sang perversions and pushed these horrible values upon the white youth of America with little resistance from the society. The end result was suicide, Satan worship, and drug use by our youth and the loss of many souls. The white youth of America is still suffering from the influence of Acid metal artist to this day.

We as a church must be aware of the danger of music laced with sex, violence, Satanism, and drug use. God showed me that this music would introduce young teenagers to sexual relationships without the consent of their parents. It would take the place of their parents as role models and form a nation of fearless young people that would be rebellious to society and to God as well,

I guess the saddest part of what God showed me was the relationship of this Hard-core music and the music of our church! God showed me that the enemy would not only pervert the secular music, but that he would even began to involve these perverted artists with Christian music. God showed me an outburst of Christian music that would promote these sinful artists by including them on Christian albums, by using these same secular producers and artists to produce Christian music, and also by these perverse artists using Christians on their albums to validate them and their lifestyles! But the end of it is the promotion and support of the artists that are destroying our youth of today. Don't misunderstand me, there is nothing wrong with bangin' beats and hype music, (we have plenty of it on our projects) as long as the message is in line with God and his word. But taking music and phrases that was once sinful and explicit music and adding it to God's music is not supported in the scripture. God doesn't need what it took drugs, sex, and violence to create, in his music. Homosexuality, adultery, and fornication have swept across our churches and the music industry in such great numbers until hard-core secular music almost has a place in the lives of some modern day believers. But the end is deception and deceit. The enemy is on the prowl and he is going for big numbers seeing that these are the last days and the last generation,

Even though all music has a strong element of influence, Hip Hop has an entire culture backing it. It's not just music, it's a way of life for the black community as well as white america. How else can you make the decline of morality a trend among our youth? If you call creating your own bible, your own commandments, and your own gods and temples, and your own set of values, Christianity, then that would validate most of them. How can you promote sin, violence, sex, and drug use and be working for the one that taught against all of these? Many claim to be Christians, but they promote sex in their lyrics and with their appearance, violence and drug use, use foul language and represent lifestyles that are evil and contrary to the Word of God. They even go so far as to make music with Christian artists, or put a "church" song on the same CD that promotes everything that God teaches against. Are you for Christ or against him? If you are promoting sin in your music then you are hurting his children and leading millions astray. Would Jesus do that?

We have proof on this website that many of these hip hop artists even go so far as to claim to be Christ, claim to be God, and claim that Hip Hop is God! I'm sure Hip Hop is a god to most of them seeing that they would sacrifice the well being of youth everywhere for fame and fortune.
