i completed my service year in owerri,while serving i was going out with a lady as at then and after about 3 months after my service year i left imo state and   even stopped calling this lady cos of the distance.i was surprise one afternoon when she called me and said she was 3 months pregnant and that i was responsible for the pregnancy and with time she gave birth.now the child is about 2 years old and she has been calling me to come and and see my baby and play my role as a father.i want to travel back to owerri ,but my question is,how do i know am the real father of this baby girl?please house what should i do to determine this fact to avoid fathering another persons child?your advise will be appreciated.thanks in anticipation.

Thanks guys i will go for the dna test and also watch out for the similarities.i do not have intension to marry this lady she is aggressive,proud and disrespectful .you know too well the culture of those people from that part of the country and i from the west .my intention is when i see her and it is confirmed that am the father.i will reach a conclusion of sending her five thousand naira every month for the child upkeep for now until i get a better job,since where am working right now am just be paid twenty thousand as my salary monthly,while she said she is doing nothing and that i left her with the stigma of a baby and that no other man will want to marry her with a child from another man,indirectly she is trying to say i should marry her.actually really pity her condition and that of the child.during my service year in that state we were always quarreling and never agreeing on issues she never see me as a man who should be the head and be respected and always wants her opinion to be final and never satisfied with the proportion i gave her from part of my allowee as at then.in her last test message to me she said she would have kept the baby by the road side like most girls do but she did not do that cos she loves the baby and that she is so beautiful,but now she is suffering with the child cos she has been rejected by her family that i should come and father my child.can one go ahead to marry her out of pity when i know her characters and behavior are not satisfactory to me?please i need serious advise on what best to do .
