@ german007, thanks but i was told at a licencing office here in benin that driver's licence costs N6000. |

noble c.: No probs. You're welcome. Were you told that by the touts/hustlers standing outside the office? Or did you go inside the actual licencing office to speak to the licenceing staff.  |

I met him outside but we was the one that opened the office when we got to the office. So i don't know whether he is a staff or a husler. |
