A cultist is always a cultist. Renowcing it is just a lip service, they should just do a background check before appointing anybody in2 any position.

The fact that his statement even remotely suggests that there is the possibility of cultists being appointed is a real cause for serious worry

I went to the north and was shocked to find that cultism in a whole university was so low, or nonexistent that one could move around the big uni. Deep into the night and stay in dark area without hearing anyone asking "who be you"
In my Area in akwa ibom, in primary skols, we have a number of cult groups that start from cradle and hope to climb the cultism ladder to being political thugs as in the case in our society today.
In my state, 85% of the Local government chairmen are all top shots in major cults in the state, and this is not a wild accusation.. Appointment na based on who you.
And this attitude makes it such that its only hooligans that populate our corridors of power.
And when these dumb asses grab power, all they do is loot and party.

Down South here, we need to have a state of emergency against cultism, in my street you can count the youths that are not cultist with one hand... Is this the society we want to always live in ?
