please someone there should help expose the excesses of the lastma in lagos state. they apprehend vehicles at will, they extort as much as N50,000 from motorist, they collect bribe as much as 10k. instead of helping motorist they lure them to commit offense, they beat up drivers and conductors. ten- fifteen lastma along side mobile police men in a bus-stop hmmmmm fashola read this and correct this nuisance  |
