@SuyaEater, it truly depends on ur taste. u could buy and remodify it, but due to flexibility, i'd suggest building from the scratch that's if the person has the capital for such

Hi guys, I so much love yours contributions on the net regarding advice on the cost of building house in Nigeria.
I am seriously in need of your help. Can you guys help me on the estimate in terms of how many tippers of granite, stones and rods it would take to build a house of double flat with 3 bed rooms and a sitting room each from foundation to decking. I hope to read from you soon. Your friend, Krigwo

My little exercise below should help you with your estimates!

i have read this thread from the first to the last page, pls i really need your advise so that i don't bite more than i can chew. i am planning a development of four flats of 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a toilet/bath in each flat. its in the ajah area but dry land, pls how much roughly will the foundation and german floor cost and also the decking because i realise these are the most expensive stages of a build and i don't want to get stuck at any stage.
thanks a mill

i can supply the best PVC ceiling tiles at a cheaper rate than POP and it has more durability than POP because it is water resistant, fire resistant, and can be used in doors and out doors. More elegant and better finishing than POP. checkout out pictures and you will compare.
The size of the PVC is 24" by 24"
or visit me on facebook . or contact me @buimeogu@aol.com
Ben Imeogu
these are very nice,
you have to put the price so we can compare it.

benimeogu:

see more pictures. The PVC are made in USA and not the china products. They meet and exceed all safety standards.
Please if you have money to spend, do not waste your time buying china PVC in Nigerian market, they are very unsafe. If you can afford POP, then will surely afford our PVC.

How much do you sell those PVC?

Hello guys, I would think it is better even though you spend more to go to professional Builders, most especially if you are based outside Nigeria; we have them all over Lagos that will guarantee their jobs. These professional builders have their names to protect and you can sue them if anything happens. This is contrary to a one man business that might just do a shabby job without bothering about the integrity of the structure and on the long run you pay more to fix it, hopefully lives would be spared incase of any building collapse.
I believe God will always make a way for us all in Jesus name.
Bishop
