Quick question my people. I got this labour cost for a 4 flats 2 down 2 up all ensuit 2 coaches above lintels.....Labour 130k Flooring ....150 Building in ibadan. Is this reasonable? |

I got the quote below for wiring my 4 bedroom bungalow of size 64ft x 35ft. I want to do connection for 5 ACs, DSTV, Internet, CCTV, phone, speaker etc. the wires are below. yes it is coleman wires according to him. total cost of wires and labor is N163,300. Is this reasonable? How many cable do I need? |

micbjrex: Coleman cable is good and the quantity depend on the size of the building and the type things you are installing. But my fear is 4mm cable that quoted 7200naira. The price of 4mm coleman is more than that. Let him confirm from recent market price. |

the unit price of each cable is not an issue here because i will get the wires myself but i am not sure of quantity of the wires needed. the bungalow size is 64ft x 35ft, has 4 moderately sized rooms, a living room, a dining, 5 washrooms, 2 stores, a washer room, a kitchen and 2 porches. I will be installing DSTV connections, CCTV, wired speaker system, telephone, internet. Based on the info above, how many cables will i need reasonably in terms of 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 16mm assuming they are single core, what about flexible wire, DSTV wire, telephone wire? Thank you for your help. |
