Esut and Imt has a very huge population of young adults, tell me one good policy implemented in their favour since this administration of our govnor. Are those young people not a part of Enugu state?

You mean that over 100,000 students of the schools should not enjoy the dividends of democracy? You talk as someone who dont have the benefit, or gains of a good education, am sure you wont understand.

and what do you call dividends of democracy? sharing money or making empty promises on the media? the government can not do everything ,right now enugu state govt is doing exactly what the role of the govt should be and thats providing basic amenities and securtiy and enabling a good enviroment for investments which will lead to more job creation. those universities have managements and alumni if there anything they need they can submit their demands to govt or other developmental bodies and follow it up.

Dividends of democracy incudes a good education policy, do you mean all is well with the education sector in Enugu? And do you think the govnor should not care about happenings in the institutions. They have been sitting at home for nearly 2 yrs of the sullivan 4 yrs! What do you have to say about that. Please make a suggestion and not throw words into the air.
