Nairalanders, Do you think the release of Niger Delta militant leader - M. Asari Dokubo will help put a TOTAL fullstop(.) to hostage taking and kidnapping for ransom in the Niger Delta volatile area  To me, under Naija way it will not lead to a totally stop but may reduce the attacks. What do you think?? |
