I don't really know what you can do for your phone. I would have said that you should format it but that didn't work. Why don't you try updating your phone software? By the way how did you format the phone? As for the activation key for the dictionary, go to google and type the name of the software followed by keygen and free download. E.g collins' unabridged 8th edition dictionary keygen free download

Your certificate and key are files that you use to sign your applications before you use them( you need to sign these applications whenever you get a certificate error when trying to install them).
Your cert and key are tied to the IMEI number of your phone which means no other phone can install the application signed with your phone's certificate.
Freesigner is a mobile signing tool used for signing your applications with your cert and key. You can also use it to remove the certificate from an application and then resign it with your own e.g in the case where you get EXPIRED CERTIFICATE when trying to install an application.
You can get your cert and key from http://cer.opda.cn/en/ or http://s60certkey.com. Register at one of these two sites, submit your IMEI number and then wait for 12 to 24hrs while your certificate is prepared, when it's finished you can download it and begin using it with free signer to sign your apps.

can someone pls post a comprehensive guide on this hack of an issue esp for N85( i think this is s60v3?)
i have tried installing even the 'signed' version of the apps posted on this thread like xplore1.5.1, NetCliq etc yet my phone keeps telling me 'Unabe to Open.File type not supported". I even downloaded DivxPlayer v.1, for s60v3 from the official site and still the same error.
