Please Good people of Nigeria, I am one of the people that has Waist pain and I want a solution to the waist pain.
what do you good people of nairaland advise me to do? i mean what medicine do i take to cure the waist pain.
Again, my mother has eyes problem, she said that she cannot see clearlly and that she sees shotsightedlly.
What medicine do I apply to her for the treatment.

For ur mum she needs a lot of vegetable especially carrot,carrot works faster wen u blend n drink n 4 u go on diet avoid sweet things,take fresh fruit juice having carrot cucumber n apple in dem
