ok guys here it is,

been fwends with a guy for close to 2 yrs, all this while he never asked me out even when it was obvious he liked me (got to know thru the text he send atimes). he is my confidant, someone i can call at any time to pour out my mind when ever i'm bodered, been out on a date with him a couple of times so we got pretty close but he still didnt ask my out.

so early this yr, he began pouring out his mind via text msgs that he loves me, alwz finking of me and blah blaa blaa. and i'm like why now or why thru text, cos even when we go out or talk thru phone he'l never show the sign of love but just that i know he cares abt me.

so i replied his text and asked him why he kept his feelins for almost 2yrs before makin known his feelins towards me and his reply was that he didnt wanna rush things that wat ever would be his will surely be and he wants fate to bring us together (watever)  .

still yet, wen we talk on phone there's no lovin talks (as in u guys undstnd wat i mean), girls love to hear their man tell them sweet things but then he's still not doin so and i'm like can't you tell me to my face or when we talk on phone how feel 4 me? 

and his reply would be that ok he'll do that if that's the only way i'll blv he loves me and i will also do my part, 

still not yet satisfied, so decided to bring it up here so u guys can explain better

i think its just shyness. if you want him to come out of his shell, then help him. when i mean help, i dont mean play-cheap. just be creative; afterall u r a lady.
