The trial of Charles Okah and three others accused of being responsible for the Independence Day bomb blast in Abuja has been temporarily stalled as Charles Okah collapsed in the court barely five minutes after being called to the dock. At the resumed trial of the accused persons, the prosecutor, Dr Alex Izinyon announced appearance followed by Charles Okah�s counsel, Ogheneovo Otemu but trial Judge, Justice Gabriel Kolawole observed that Charles Okah looked sick. http://www.spotlightnigeria.com |

Charles Okah should behave like a man. What with this cowardly behaviour to escape justice by feigning sickness and delaying proceedings. The judges should note that the blood of the innocents are crying badly for justice. |
