@floxyrange for fondant 1kg icing sugar,1/8 cup water,1/4 cup glucose,11/2teaspoon glycerine,11/2tsp gelatin,1/2tbsp cmc. Dissolve gelatine in water allow †✽ stand for lk 3mins,add glucose add glycerine †✽ ur glucose n co add a table spoon of ur desired flavour put in microwave allow all †✽ melt †✽ liquid . Sieve ur sugar with cmc add liquid and kneaduntil its pilable add water if too hard. Am using a mobile †✽ write not easy will give u pastillage later . U need cmc icing egg white for ur pastilage
