Balarabe hails Jonathan on Ojukwu’s wife’s appointment

Former Governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, has praised the Federal Government over the appointment of the wife of Igbo leader, Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu, as the Special Adviser on Diaspora Matters by President Goodluck Jonathan.

Balarabe described the appointment of Mrs Bianca Ojukwu as recognition of Ojukwu’s contribution to the development of the country.

“I think it is a good thing for the Ojukwu family. It is to compensate the man for his effort in nation building. The Federal Government is in the right direction and there is nothing wrong with that.”

The appointment is a well-deserved one. The Federal Government has done what is good and I have no reason to kick against what the president has done.”

I thought the reason why people castigated the appointment of Bianca was because they saw it as way for Jonathan to try and get Ojukwu's support and by extension the Igbo people. Is that post the most useless and unnecessary political position in the country. Please let's give the woman a break. BIKO.
