We have waited for the past two days, after the holiday, to get a positive update from the side of the clearing agents and the customs. But at the end of their meeting today still, we learned they could not finalize the issue and still have another meeting by tomorrow.

It is worthy of note that the issue at the airport cargo terminal affects ALL courier services, except DHL/UPS, which has a special terminal, hence their clearing is done separately.

We understand your frustration and pray you exercise a little bit of patience, as it is a Nigerian factor problem affecting us all. As soon as the issue is resolved we would promptly deliver all items delayed.

Be sure we are following up on them, and will sure notify you as soon as we have some good news.

Can't I just shop from the stores I know then u have them sent to me. And besisdes how does the order work. Do u guys sell the goods or its sold from d major shops such as ebay , amazon and co.?? I'll like to also know if there's a delivery charge. Jst like ups,dhl, fedex does. They'll ask u to pay some amount of money when u are receiving the goods even if u've already paid for the shipping cost. I think you guys(circuit atlantic) should shed more light on this cos I wldnt want a situation where u tell me I shld pay for d shipping cost and when I do and d good is being deliverd to me, u then say I shld pay anoher charge before I collect the good at delivery.. I choose home delivery for my order. Got an email alert on Mon that it is being prepared for delivery. It is 4 days now and nothing.
Since Monday, I have been unable to go beyond 10mins perimeter of my location expecting a call from your agent to have my order. This is with some time lost and unnecessary alertness.
Why should local delivery go beyond 2 days baffles me. Not mention the fact that the order is long overdue for delivery, ordered almost a month ago.
