My bold 4 does not charge, I keeps showing that black plug sign inside the battery. Pls what can I do

Reload d os, if same prob. Crash the os, and reload.
Am sure downgrading it to os 7.0 would fix it but try os 7.1 first.

Keypad may need servicing.
Also, reload the os would fix the hanging.

If I can assist online, I wouldn't charge u for the service.
Take ur time to go through phone sections to see how to reload bb os.

My Whatapps is deductin my credit while I av MTN BIS runnin in my BB Bold 2, is there a way I can salvage d situation. In a day, it can sip up to 100naira off my credit or evn more.

2. is it the only Application you suspect ?
3.have you ever uninstall this application to see if ...?

Have Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ ever cleared Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥r events log since when Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ started using d ? If no,Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ might need t̶̲̥̅̊ợ̣̣̇̇̇ clear Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥r events log and delete some unused applications on Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥r phone.

I know dt its whatapp dt removes d credit from my airtime cus wen I noticed dt my credit keeps disappearing, I uninstelled some of my third party app like 2go and Whatapp, it stopped, I later installed back d 2go d nxt day, used it for two whole days no penny went out of my credit, on d third say, I installed d Whatapps back, my money started missing again, in a day, it can deduct up to 100 naira, managed it for some days, then removed it, its nt in my phone now. I only install it wen I want to reply d masages dt might av accumulated after which I remove it.

All Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ need t̶̲̥̅̊ợ̣̣̇̇̇ do is Download blackberry OS 6 first,install it on either a desktop system or laptop after which Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ locate d folder called c://windows/program files/Common files/Research in Motion and delete d file named vendor.xml. Scroll up d same environment and click on loader.exe. ▓▒░F░O░L░L░O░W░▒▓█► d steps after and complete it. But make sure Ʊ̲̣̣̣̥ uninstall any desktop manager that is not of OS 6 before d installation. I hope dis helps

gudday NL engrs. pls i use a torch 9800 and for the first time yesterday was trying to reply a ping and got blank screen even while typin; the keypad lighting is still on working ,i still receive calls and i could still hear pings comin in. what could possibly be the problem? thanks so much
