I need your help here. I don't know what happen to my BB Torch recently. Network suddenly disappears on it. Sometimes it will come on and stay and disappear a couple minutes later. Or either not show network at all and i have full network on the other phone. I've checked the sim seat and it sits well inside. What could have been the cause or solution to this problem? I'm tired

Please how do I unlock a new blackberry tour after pressing wrog ulock code 10 times. I took it to engineer but could not do it.
Please what is the final solution to unlock the phone, someoe said the solution is oly from blackberry company.

I use a bb tour and my browser does nt display if i minimise it will show,bt if click on it say i dnt have any brwser configuration service book entries.

Not until you provide the right password,u won't be able to log in.
I suggest you create another account after wiping the device.
Note: you may lose you bb contacts.

Before u proceed, have u upgraded to bbm7 or still on previous bbm

Check your network mode if not set to "3G only".
If it is, switch to 2G.

Tanx sir.it was previously on "3g n 2g".so I have now selected it to just 2g since 3g isn't available here.I'll kip u posted if d heat reduces.tanx

Leave the phone set @ 2G only and download an application called Application Resource monitor, free from the app world.

pls who can help me? Jus got d blackberry bold 5. When i first set it up the bbm was working well even tho i said 'bbm registration failed'. Also i set up facebook to work and every other thing. My browser, however, couldn't open any webpage except mtn landing page. Now, i proceeded (to my regret) to update facebook application as well as bbm and appstore applications. Since then, my bbm no longer connects and i can't login to my facebook. I even removed d battery overnight to no avail. Am so angry at d phone right now!!! After spending so much i can't even get d phone to work!! Between it's my first bb.

Bro,tanx for ur advice,I downloaded d app resource monitor,but d problem still persisted.I was even asked to take it to an engr for os to be reloaded and dat has bin done,yet d fone is stil hot.I met someone using d same fone and d guy said his own also has d same problem.its curve7.wat

Default folder could be hidden. Insert in a pc,and fix.
