The attached pictures reveal the anti flood basement of the perimeter fence. This is one of the measures put in place (from the Platinum Regal Estate's design phase) to prevent a worst case scenario of flood as adviced by experts. This fencing system will surround the whole of the estate.

Thank you sir for your observation, and for your interest in our pace of work. It might seem as you have put it, however work is still on-going on site. We have other tasks going on at the same time, which will not allow us to concentrate solely on sandfilling.

Nevertheless, we are still covering more grounds with regard to sandfilling. Just keep watching this space as we will continue to post and update latest developments on site.
