for me, I think it enough, but you will need to do your plan more on paper, this will enable you have a target & to know exactly what you will need for a start, you will not need everything which you may think you will need (e.g qty) but with time, changes & upgrades/stocking will be very necessary, If I may ask, have you done your costing??
