Keloid treatment is basically the same thing most places in Nigeria i.e local steroid injections and silicon based creams. However, I will recommend iris medical foundation. but be warned, Prof. can be very expensive

Treatment of bumps or keloid definitly has approach with certain method of removing it totally without reoccurence.specifically not sometin you visit the hospital for but just try and locate/contact a specialist.there re keloid specialist that can get rid of it permanently without leaving scar.

I believe the best thing to do is to go to a Fed Govt owned teaching hospital in your town.
...
go thru the Out Patient dept, they will know if it is a keloid or hypertrophic scar
If keloid, you will be referred to the skin clinic

This method is cheaper than going to a private clinic...and gives you the SAME result....a series of scheduled visits is involved
Only snag is the extra bit of time you spend at a teaching hospital

Do this, and you can use the extra money saved with this method to get yourself a treat, or get someone a present
