I'm a graduate of Accounting with passion for IT. I intend having practical ITskills, there are lots of training schools in India with ridiculosly cheap fees for CCNA,ORACLE,Programming courses, etc. Is india an ideal place for IT training? Which institute is best? I have NO basic computing background but would like to study Business computing so as to integrate IT with my management experience, what practical skills do i need? And which institutes can i get the best training for a NOVICE. Thanks.
