please can anyone explain the full procedure in activating airtel's bis on blackberry tour, i was formerly on mtn bis. I have sent the appropriate message and received confirmation that my bis has been activated but i can't still browse with my phone. On opening my browser i get the message, contact your service provider for browser configuration service book entries, and my edge is in small letters. I am far from airtel's office now, please i need your contribution on how to solve this and browse.

Call customer care on 111. I guess the problem is confirmation from their own end. Happened to me once. Anyway, I hope u do enjoy their bb service. Its №† fantastic at all.
