pls am a fresh graduate looking for greener pastures I want to know d diff btwn cissp and cisa I v done all the googling but am still not able to relate to the Nigeria atmosphere currently I v got d ccna cert and Eriksson vendor certification also in the process of taken the mcsa but still with all this my cert I still can't nail an IT job down I work in a financial institution (I was told if I want to b relevant to a financial institution I either get cissp or cisa or oracle the later I don't have interest in)your advice is needed

It pretty much depends on your flair and where you would want to see your self in 5 years. I always advice my students this - You have to relate the present situation in Nigeria and where you would want to be in at least 5 years. Ok if you enjoy working in the financial sector then great i suggest you go for Oracle,SAP,Cisa, but if not then let me know where you see your self in 5 years.
