Oga in Nigerian parlance means boss or senior, where does the word come from. Is it yoruba, igbo or hausa word?

No doubt, many words we use in pidgin English originated from Yoruba language, e.g oya, nko, shebi, oga, jare, jor etc. But Urhobo people have a special way and slangs in pidgin which makes it interesting
