Lagos truly leads.

But This wouldn’t be used by our checkpoint cops and the ones In slummy areas for obvious reasons.

This training has been budgeted to cost the Lagos state Government a whooping sum of 200 billion Naira.

In fact the money is not even enough but the Govt will try and utilized the said amount to buy cameras and make sure the training meets world class.

Most Nigeria first instinct is always to see “what might go wrong” and not “what might be right”.

Body cam is not only for bribe seeking officers, it could also be good as a security system to track traffic offenders and serve as a real-time community monitoring system.

This is a good step by Sanwoolu. They can now improve on it by later but at least it’s a right step.

Body Cam's...
Impressive, but let them try to thoroughly reform our olopka cops, most especially, the government should provide them with good guns, not all this muturu that they used in fighting world war 1.

They should use it to stop the perennial traffic jams caused by lawlessness. Anybody caught on camera should be slammed with N50k fine. All Lagosians will sit up by force and Lagos state government can also use it to generate revenue.

Their budget in NY is $175 Billion while the budget in Lagos is $2.4 Billion for 20 Million people, larger than the population of NY.

The danger of illogical comparison..
