The only solution is dialogue, The IGP, IMO Governor and federal government should dialogue with the unknown government. Rehabilate and give amnesty to them,the same way unknown gunmen treatment at Katsina and other part of the North by federal government and security men.

With dialogue and amnesty, the unknown gunmen will end.

But by show of force there will be more damage to government side than to unknown gunmen side.
