Can someone please give me the contact information for the Nigerian Police Headquarter. I checked their web site www.nigeriapolice.org but I can not find any contact number or address. I think the site is either new or they are just working on it everytime I check it out. I live in Canada and I am in urgent need for this information. For those who live in Nigerioa, maybe u can help. I need to write a complain to the IG of Nigerian Police but I don't know where to sent it. Thank you in advance for any information that might help me.

Pls oh can someone help me a police officer is owning me ,I have talk to him severally but he refused to listen now I reported him to Area Commander and said he will not pay again dat I should continue reporting him. can I report him directly to d force headquarters?
